Desired Candidate Profile & About Us

The main purpose of the role is to support the accounting department with general bookkeeping including, updating financial records, and managing spreadsheets and assisting with accounts receivable and payables.

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience in VAT (taxation).

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures (IFRS standards) (GAAP).

Familiarity with finance regulations.

Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.

Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks is a must).

Organization skills.

Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

The ideal candidate must have relevant accounting experience 8 years in UAE, Tally, ERP, Accounts Receivable, Payables, Payments Follow Up, Payroll Accounting, Till Finalization of Accounts.

Qualification / Selection Criteria

Detail oriented individual & Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills in English, Hindi.

Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

Experience with general ledger functions

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Able to work in multicultural and international environment

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Able to multi-task, work independently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills
