Desired Candidate Profile & About Us

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a General Accountant | PME Entertainment to join our expanding team. You will work and provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.

Reconciliation of all ledgers and the preparation of the financial statements in a timely manner.

Account Receivable, Prepare Advance, Progressive, Job Completion, Retention & Variation Invoices, monitor payment's term.

Accounts Receivable, booking vendors’ invoices, reconciling payments as per terms, checking the correct PO against each invoice.

Handling utility payment

Preparing the VAT return and the submitting on a regular basis.

Managing Employees' expenses

Petty Cash Handling.

Bank Reconciliation and dealing with bank-related matters such as Credit Cards and Bank Transfers (local & international)

Processing Payroll

Must have experience with Xero financial Sofware.

Qualifications and Certification

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

Must have VAT experience and education degree in accounting.

Must have experience with Xero financial Sofware.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to work independently

Analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong technical skills related to tax preparation, review and compliance.

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
