Desired Candidate Profile

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare Employees Payroll

Invoicing suppliers/costumers reconciliation and payments handling company expense.

Maintain documents control, sorting and filing the costumers invoices.

Prepare bank Reconciliation and cash flow.

perform other duties that the manager delegates ad required.

Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures

Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime

Hands-on experience with accounting software SAP

Qualifications and Certification

Advanced MS Excel, MS Word skills

Experience with general ledger functions

Excellent communication (written and oral) / interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Strong personality

Problem-solving skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Good interpersonal skills work well under pressure
