Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a Accountant/Cashier at al Shafaf Gas Distribution L.L.C to join our expanding team. You will work and provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.

Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow report.

He will be responsible for managing Cash & operational activities like emails & excel reporting

Candidate must be well proficient to handle cash of large format retail store for Head cashier and must be well versed with handling Departments as Department Manager.

Experience on POS, SHAWMAN Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material

Provide best service to ALL Customers at ALL times.

Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

Expected to cope from the stress and pressures brought about by this job.

Advising on the timing and extent of foreign exchange transactions.

Receive payments and present change to customers.

To ensure customer data is collected at the POS.

To ensure billing is done at the correct price of products.

00% adherence of cash dept norms like(cash refund, suspend transaction, cancelled transaction, jumbles at cash counter, short swipe and excess swipe transaction).

Qualifications and Certification

University degree (Accounting, Finance ); Masters is a plus

Cashier B. Com, Should have 0- 3years of relevant experience, knowledge of banking software.

Interview Timings: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Ready to work in rotational shifts.

(Freshers with Hotel Mgmt Degree with excellent communication skills and interested to work can also apply)

Should be comfortable with travelling to other outlets in the same city, and flexible with timings too.

Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures.

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong technical skills related to tax preparation, review and compliance.

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
