Roles & Responsibilities
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) Setting up accounts for new users Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Testing new technology
Desired Candidate Profile :
Expert in PC hardware & components (Desktops & Laptops) Good knowledge of networking basics e.g. (Switches, Wireless, DHCP) Good communication skills Good problem-solving skills Service-oriented and customer-focused Adaptable, work under pressure & willing to learn 3 years of experience
Ability to commute/relocate:	Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
