Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a Office Administrator at Shuraa Management And Consultancy LLC to join our expanding team.

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for the supplies
  • Respond to incoming communications such as phone calls.
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, and other forms of correspondence
  • Ensure all new documents and paperwork are filed and logged properly in the system.
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Custodian of confidential documents and responsible for management and circulation of the same between stakeholders
  • Responsible for maintaining HR records, managing the staff visa/residence application processes

  • Qualifications and Certification

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ proven work experience in UAE as an Office Administrator
  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills including professional phone etiquette.
  • Have a proficient and professional image and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels.
  • Uses sound judgment and problem resolution skills.
