Desired Candidate Profile

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

Review, input, and control daily entries and transactions on the system and ensure all supporting documents are properly classified
Handle, process, and track various payments and expenses based on internal approvals.
Complete journal entries and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts.
Prepare and reconcile the accounts payable and receivable.
Recording financial information and maintaining the reconciliation of prepaid and accrued expenses.
Organize and maintain a proper archive system
Collection of funds from clients - Report to CFO on delays in collection
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns as per country legislation and regulations.
Handle the daily management and inventory of fixed assets.
Assist in the processing of financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Maintain and reconcile the company petty cash.
Maintaining the necessary files and records including all documentation related to the clients.
Report on a daily basis: invoicing, cash receipt, aging totals, and invoice totals.
Expense liquidation
Processes and documents daily financial transactions whilst ensuring financial records are effectively maintained, current and accurate
Qualifications and Certification
VAT implications, preparation and filing in UAE
Tax return basic filing in the Philippines
Trial Balance, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Review
vAssisting in Internal Audits
Sound knowledge of MS Office
Month-end closing of the books of accounts
Preparation of Profit & loss account & format it
Budgeting & forecasting
Account Reconciliation
