Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a Accountant at Francorp Middle East to join our expanding team.

  • Prepare tax documents
  • Compile and analyze financial statements
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting
  • Analyze financial information and prepare invoices using QuickBooks
  • Coordinate with management and staff to record entries
  • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations
  • Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries
  • Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices
  • Comply with Accounting Principles for financial statements
  • Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger reporting
  • Develop monthly financial reports
  • Complete end of month close procedures
  • Must be a fast-learner
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – important for client interactions
  • Outgoing, friendly personality is a must

  • Qualifications and Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
  • Fluency in QuickBooks
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical skills related to tax preparation, review and compliance.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
