Desired Candidate Profile & About Us

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the HR Day to day operations and functions of UAE Business Verticals

Design compensation and benefits packages and handle monthly Payroll.

Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)

Implement fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques

Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

Monitor the HR department’s budget

Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

Manage employees’ grievances

Create and run employee engagement activities, rewards and recognition programs etc

Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)

Handle Insurance and related aspects

Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Qualification / Selection Criteria

HR Professional Qualified in BBA/MBA/MSW in Human Resources,

Should be well experienced in HR Operations and Payroll in GCC

Able to manage multiple vertical business HR Functions in UAE

Hindi and English language fluency is mandatory

Preferring Retail sector experienced Male candidates
