Desired Candidate Profile

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures

Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

Assist with tax audits and tax returns

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Preparing financial analyses and reports.

E-filing of periodical returns as per applicable statue like Income Tax-TDS/GST ( India ) and others, within stipulated due date and corrections thereof if any

Reconciling TDS deducted by vendors with Form 26AS on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications and Certification

Proven experience as a junior accountant

Excellent organizing abilities

Great attention to detail

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software

BSc/Ba in accounting, finance or a relevant field
