Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

Generate sales leads

Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Manage transactions with customers using cash registers

Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate

Collect payments whether in cash or credit

Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets

Redeem stamps and coupons

Cross-sell products and introduce new ones

Qualification / Selection Criteria

Cashier cum customer service responsibilities include receiving payments and issuing receipts, gift-wrapping packages and keeping track of all cash and credit transactions.
To be and keeping good relationship with daily customer with successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service position and good knowledge of how cash registers operate. You should also be available to take evening and weekend shifts occasionally.

Bachelors in accounting/finance.

Good in excel skills, Microsoft application skills.
