Desired Candidate Profile & About Us

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

Full Cycle Book keeping

Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P and Billing

Handle all payroll information and prepare for WPS

Maintain accurate, updated and secured accounting records

Monthly financial reports for management

Assist in completing end of year accounting activities.

Enforce the company’s policies and procedures when processing financial matters

Assist auditors in their annual audit review

Monthly Physical Inventory with the assistance of the warehouse supervisor

Petty cash management

Filing

Qualification / Selection Criteria

English and Russian – excellent oral and written skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

1+ years’ of experience in finance or accounting

Strong communication and analytical skills
