Desired Candidate Profile

Functional roles and Responsibilities:

Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing/ renting property for the right price under the best terms.

Prepare documents such as contracts, agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.

Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.

Maintain and update listings of available properties

Showing properties to potential renters and buyers.

Advertise properties on online portals (Property finder, Dubizzle, Bayut).

Building and maintaining a network of clients.

Achieving monthly targets.

Aggressively performing cold calling and client meetings.

Remain knowledgeable about the UAE real estate market and practices

Qualifications / Selection Criteria

UAE experience as a real estate agent (Min 2 years).

Strong interpersonal skills.

Proven knowledge of and execution of successful development strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Strong command of english business language.
