Desired Candidate Profile

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within the UAE.

Support duties related accounts payable and receivable function

Prepare and send invoices to customers

Prepare and record expense reports in timely manner

Check and record vendor invoices

Prepare and post journal entries

Ensure compliance of supporting documents specially in relation to taxation as per UAE Law

Prepare payroll

Maintaining accurate financial records.

Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.

Computing taxes.

Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.

Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

Assist with preparation of Management financial and statistical statements and report, including but not limited to: Profit and loss, Cash flow and Budgeting

Assist in preparation of schedules and documents in annual external audit

Reconcile ledger accounts

Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries

Maintain confidentiality of all fianancial data
