Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire a Accountant for Real Estate at Silver Coast Construction & Boring Dubai to join our expanding team. You will work and provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.
You will be the engine that drives our financial success! As our Accountant, you will be responsible for managing our financial records and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Real estate industry experience is a must.
You will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, as well as conducting regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
As a financial expert, you will prepare budgets and financial forecasts, and make recommendations to improve financial performance. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures to achieve our goals.
You will manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and processing payments.
You will reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a regular basis and monitor cash flow to ensure we have the financial resources we need to continue our growth.
You will have a direct impact on our company’s success by preparing and filing all required tax returns and other regulatory filings accurately and on time.

Qualifications and Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related field
We offer hybrid work environment where you can work from home 2x in a week.
Minimum 4 years experience in accounting
Proficient knowledge of VAT filing regulations in the region
Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures.
Ability to work independently
Analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong technical skills related to tax preparation, review and compliance.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
