Desired Candidate Profile & About Us

The Accountant is responsible for processing, recording, updating and reconciling accounting transactions with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with the company methods and policies ensuring the integrity of accounting information.

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a Accountant at RecruitMe Plus to join our expanding team.

Recording of Financial Information on a timely basis

Posting of journals

Managing the Accounts Payable as per the Company policies

Liaison with the Banking authorities as and when required

Handling customer and vendor complaints in terms of account reconciliations

Reviewing the outstanding customer balances and following up on the receivables with the Sales team

Managing the Customer Credit limits in line with the Business policies

Facilitation of Internal and External annual audits

Managing the Inventory accounting

Fixed Assets recording and tracking

Supporting the Management Team in their ad-hoc and emergency requirements

Controlling daily sales and collections and verifying that cash and check collected by salesmen were accurately deposited at the bank

Qualifications and Certification

The candidate must be a bachelor's degree holder (B.Com, B.B.A)

The candidate must have minimum 1 - 3 Years experience in the same field.

The candidate must be aware of Value Added Tax.

Ability to work independently

Analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong technical skills related to tax preparation, review and compliance.

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
