Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire a Accountant at NEW AUTO UAE to join our expanding team.
We are looking a Accountant with an analytical mind and fantastic organizational skills. Accountants are expected to be detail oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.

  • Oversee all accounting transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Timely recording and collection of rental incomes both locally and international.
  • Invoicing tenants, maintaining tenants documents, company files and shareholder’s personal information.
  • Act on behalf and in the best interest of the shareholders.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments and compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Auditing financial documents and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Continuous assessment of all risks that are aligned with the organization. Ensuring that all properties are insured at all times.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Qualifications and Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in the real estate management industry.
  • Strong knowledge of partnership accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software such as PACT and Google Drive .
  • Experience with auditing and financial statement preparation.
  • Able to join immediately preferred
  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical skills related to tax preparation, review and compliance.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
