Desired Candidate Profile & About Us

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

Responding to general enquiries.

Answering telephone calls and relaying messages to sales manager.

Maintaining the Vendor/customer files as per company guidelines.

Preparing and tracking sales proposals /agreements.

Assisting customers on requests that can be handled internally within the framework of delegated responsibility.

Promoting communication, coordination, and cooperation between sales and other departments.

Assisting in maintaining the customer base through good service and customer support.

Handling incoming sales calls and potential business deals.

Generating MIS reports for departments reviews.

Qualification / Selection Criteria

Cross-functional handling, Problem solving, Communication skills, Team player, Negotiation skills.

Knowledge of MS Office, ERP systems, Sales and Production processes.

Minimum 3 or more years of relevant experience.

Hands-on experience on any ERP system.

Advanced knowledge in Excel ( Inventory & Delivery Management).

Good communication skills ( written and verbal).

Corrugated boxes manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.
