Desired Candidate Profile & About Us

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor sales and inventory levels of jewelry and regularly update Line Manager on the inventory levels to plan future purchase

Ensure proper records of all jewelry – including fresh stocks, jewelry for exchange sale, jewelry for repairs etc. are accurately maintained in the system

Distribute the jewelry to respective Retail Stores based on the instructions received from the COO – Retail or based on the inventory reports

Ensure timely tagging / labeling of the Jewelry products

Ensure proper record of the Jewelry products are entered and maintained in ERP

Prepare required documentation for the logistics requirement

Qualification / Selection Criteria

Hindi and English language fluency is mandatory

Ad hoc reports

Familiar with Ms office & Accounting Softwares

Knowledge of Tally ERP, Quick books Accounting.

Preferring Retail sector experienced Male candidates
