Desired Candidate Profile

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant who will undertake the major responsibilities and support my operational work.

Must have overall and complete knowledge of general accounting and UAE VAT filling.

Overseeing financial status, performing assessment, and making recommendation.

Must participate in different billing and accounting duties.

Maintain office petty cash expenses, keep all original invoices and recipts where required, and ensure the provided information is always up to date and accurate.

Must maintain files and records with an effective system; handle all office contracts, and make sure they are renewed in a timely manner.

Processing of new/canceling visa in preparing necessary employment documents; trade licence, yealy renewal, establishment card renewals.

Qualifications / Selection Criteria for Role

Experience in accounting and eCommerce financial field.

Fluent in English verbal and written.

Excellent MS Excel capabilities.

UAE TAX knowledge.

Execellent knowledge of Tally.

Knowledge of MS office tools (Excel and Word).
