Desired Candidate Profile

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for Monthly closure of Accounts & prepare accurate, timely financial statements for the company, related entities.

Manage bank accounts, PDC's, bank reconciliation etc.

Ability to prepare Cash flow forecast for the related entities in a monthly basis.

Preparing the Daily Bank position report.

Responsible of Internal Auditing, Financial Analysis.

Preparation and submission of UAE VAT-as per rule.

Preparing statements of accounts promptly.

Reconciling cash & card sales collection for related entities.

Monitoring and recording petty cash expenses.

Preparing and processing monthly salaries.

Recording receipts and payments.

Reconciliation of SOAs.

Monitoring receivables and following up outstanding payments.

Monitoring payables.

Reconcile all business accounts to ensure accuracy of records.

Archiving legal and fiscal documentation of the company.

Qualifications / Selection Criteria for Role

Experience in preparation of financial statements with notes to accounts

Bachelor / Master Degree with major in Accounting.

Tally ERP experience required.

Focus ERP experience is an added advantage.

Well-versed with Ms office-Word & Excel.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills excel, power point, word etc.
