Desired Candidate Profile

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within the UAE.

Responsible for handling the corporate customers account.

Manage all accounting transactions

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Ensure timely bank payments

Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement

Preparation of Bank payment vouhers

Preparation of Cash payment vouchers

Preparation of Receipts vouchers

Documentation of all the vouchers

Manage accounts payable and prepare the Ageing list on a regular base

Update the all the accounting transaction in the accounting software

Payroll Processing

VAT statement preparation

Verify the and monitor the payment as per the project Budget

Monthly MIS preparation
